General Johan Hederstedt, Supreme Commander of the Swedish Armed Forces, made a major presentation on Jan. 21, 2003, during the annual armed forces “Folk och Försvar†conferencer in Sälen, Sweden.
Hederstedt’s presentation focused on “some of the difficult and fundamental issues in front of us. Most of them are linked in one way or another to the radical changes of the security-political landscape in Europe.
