 U.S. Army Secretary Thomas E. White held a media conference at the Pentagon on Oct. 31 to discuss what he described as the “Big Three: The war on terrorism; second, transformation; and third, resources.â€
His presentation reviewed major issues facing the U.S. Army, including major programs, and was followed by a Q&A session with defense correspondents.
