 Norwegian Defence Minister Kristin Krohn Devold gave a speech in Brussels on Oct. 3, during a conference organized by the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and hosted by the Transatlantic Center of the German Marshall Fund of the United States.
Titled Prague 2002: Challenge and change for NATO", the conference discussed challenges ahead for the Alliance, in connection with the Summit in Prague later this year.
