 Following the appalling events of 11 September, British Defence Secretary Geoff Hoon commissioned work to ensure that Britain's Armed Forces are able to deal with such threats.
In a keynote speech at King's College London on Dec. 5, he set out the issues, problems and challenges that this effort needs to address.
