Dr. Valdis Birkavs, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Latvia;
Toomas Hendrik Ilves, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia; and
Algirdas Saudargas, Foreign Minister of the Republic of Lithuania,
examine their respective countries' prospects for integration into the European Union and NATO as the Baltic states continue their successful return to the Euro-Atlantic world.
Lectures were given April 23 during a conference origanized by the Kathryn and Shelby Cullom Davis International Studies Center at The Heritage Foundation.
