Anteon Wins $35 Mn Network Contract (June 27)



FAIRFAX, Va. --- Anteon International Corporation, a leading information technology and systems engineering and integration company, announced today that it has been awarded a five-year contract by the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWAR), San Diego to provide scientific and technical information technology network maintenance and operation services. The contract, if all options are exercised, has a potential value of over $35 million.

Anteon will assist in operating and maintaining the scientific and technical network, a complex network of computing and communications systems and software. This network supports a scientific community that conducts a wide range of activities such as exploratory research and development, new technology evaluation and validation, and technical support for U.S. Navy fleet exercises.
