FAIRFAX, Va. --- American Management Systems, Incorporated, a global business and IT consulting firm, today announced it has closed its acquisition of R.M. Vredenburg Co., a leading provider of professional and technical services to the Department of Defense (DoD) and U.S. Intelligence communities.
The purchase marks a significant milestone in AMS’s corporate strategy to achieve growth and scale through acquisitions and builds on the company’s legacy of commitment to the national security community. AMS estimates that the acquisition will add approximately $60 million in annual revenues, provide access to additional government contract vehicles, and expand AMS’s presence and capabilities in the DoD and U.S. Intelligence markets.
