Aerospatiale, Lagardere Announce Top Management of Joint Company
;PARIS --- Yves Michot, chairman and CEO of Aerospatiale, and Philippe Camus, chairman and CEO of Matra Hautes Technologies and co-CEO of the Lagardere Group, have announced the corporate management team of the Aerospatiale Matra group. ;These appointments will be effective as soon as the new company is formally established, following the completion of the privatization process and the listing of Aerospatiale Matra on the Paris stock exchange. ;Previously, Michot had been appointed chairman, and Camus chief executive officer, of the new company. Both are members of its Executive Committee.
