;Thomson-CSF sold its 1.53% interest in the capital stock of CCF, on May 27th 1999, after the closing of the Paris stock-market. Thomson-CSF's interest in CCF dates back to 1987, when the bank was privatized and Thomson-CSF joined the initial group of "stable shareholders". This sale, which represents a total proceed of 121.2 million Euros (FRF 795 million), will generate an exceptional net capital gain of 100.5 million Euro (FRF 659 million) which will be accounted for in the 1999 first half results. ;
