AAI Corp., was awarded on, Aug. 12, 2004, a delivery order amount of $15,999,038 as part of a $78,649,743 cost plus fixed fee contract for contractor logistics support for SHADOW unmanned aerial vehicle system to support wartime operational readiness.
Work will be performed in Hunt Valley, Md. and is expected to be completed by July 31, 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole source contract initiated on July 29, 2004.
The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command Huntsville, Ala., is the contracting activity (DAAH01-03-C-0042).
