Boeing Wins $928M for Missile Defense (Dec. 14)

The Boeing Co., Huntsville, Ala., is being awarded a cost-plus-award fee to undertake construction and non-construction efforts required to field the Ground-Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) Block 2006 Capability Enhancement (CE) Program.

The total cost of this effort will be $928,203,100 for fiscal years 2005 through 2007.

The principal place of performance will be Huntsville, AL. Research and development funds have been provided for this contract.

The Missile Defense Agency is the contracting activity (HQ0006-01-C-0001).
