The aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) provider Air France Industries has finalised its membership of the Airbus MRO Network. As one of the largest MROs worldwide, Air France Industries is working with Airbus and the other industry-leading MROs who have joined the Network from different regions of the world.
Alain Bassil, President of Air France Industries expressed his satisfaction with the Airbus agreement: “The talks have now been finalised. Air France Industries is a member of the Airbus MRO Network because we feel that it enhances the benefits we deliver to our own customers and to Airbus customers alike."
Patrick Gavin, Executive Vice President, Airbus Customer Services, welcomed Air France Industries’ membership of the MRO Network: “Airbus has enjoyed a long working relationship with Air France who is one of our most experienced customers, having placed orders for all Airbus families of aircraft. It is therefore particularly pleasing to have Air France Industries with all their maintenance experience, alongside us in the MRO Network."
Collectively, the first MRO Network members are working with Airbus to provide mutual customers with access to quality and competitive maintenance services and solutions. Joint processes, such as benchmarking of maintenance efficiency and customer satisfaction have been established to ensure both Airbus and the Network MROs are committed to continuous improvements.
