Flight 143's Ariane 4 was topped off this morning with installation of the vehicle equipment bay (VEB), which is the launcher's "brains." The Ariane 4 is now complete for its transfer from the vertical assembly building to the ELA-2 launch zone, where the Intelsat 902 payload will be installed.
Liftoff of Flight 143 remains on schedule for August 24.
