Arianespace Readies For April, May Launches (Apr. 3)
Arianespace is keeping up its rapid mission pace for 2002 as two more launch campaigns move ahead for liftoff in April and May.
Flight 150 is set for launch on April 16 with the New Skies Satellites NV NSS-7 telecommunications payload, while Flight 151 with the CNES French space agency's Spot 5 Earth observation satellite is on track for lift-off during the first week of May.
The two payloads are now being readied for installation on their Ariane 4 launchers at the Spaceport.
