AERO Vodochody a.s. is pleased to announce that all the L 159 bomb equipment tests were completed in French test range Cazaux during the week from 18 April to 26 April 2002. 14 bombs, including cluster bombs were released from the L 159 company prototype production No. 5832. Achieved results are very good and comply with all certification requirements.
The last L 159 weapon equipment qualification requirement was completed with outstanding results by these tests, which means that AERO Vodochody a.s., as a manufacturer successfully completed all required weapon testing on this type of aircraft.
