The Boeing Co., Seattle, Washington, is awarded a $756,634,580 fixed-price-incentive-fee modification (P00203) to a previously awarded contract (N0001914C0067).
This modification exercises an option for the production and delivery of five Lot 12 P-8A aircraft for the government of Germany.
Work will be performed in Seattle, Washington (98.15%); Huntington Beach, California (1.19%); and various locations within the continental U.S. (0.66%), and is expected to be completed in February 2025.
Foreign Military Sales funds in the amount of $756,634,580 will be obligated at time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
