EADS to Pay a 2006 Dividend of EUR 0.12 Per Share

AMSTERDAM --- Upon the proposal of a shareholder, the Annual General Meeting of EADS has adopted a resolution to distribute the result of the year 2006 to the company’s shareholders.

As a result, shareholders of record on 10 May 2007 will receive EUR 0.12 per share, paid by the company on 16 May 2007. This constitutes an 81 percent decrease compared to the EUR 0.65 per share received for 2005. Some shareholders have indicated that they will leave the dividend they receive inside the company.


EADS is a global leader in aerospace, defence and related services. In 2006, EADS generated revenues of EUR 39.4 billion and employed a workforce of about 116,000.
